2026 Practice Schedule

Practice is held at Sierra Pacific, Monday-Thursday until meets start.

5:30-6:30PM  6&Unders, 9/10s, 11/12s

6:30-7:30PM Guppies, 7/8s, 13-14 & 15-18s

***This may change based on how well we fit in the lanes with large age groups
